Qualifications

Skilled in locksmithing, drive-up technologies or electronic systems.
Experience with CCTV or surveillance equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to service calls and diagnose issues on-site.
Install, repair, and maintain drive-up banking units and related equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair remote units, alarms and CCTV components.
Coordinate safety and compliance with company policies.
Mentor junior technicians and uphold Convergint standards.
