Job summary

Prime Video’s Trust & Safety team seeks an Automation Architect to scale AI-driven content moderation and risk detection across Amazon’s platforms.

You will own architecture and drive adoption of intelligent workflows, partnering with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to balance speed, accuracy, and compliance. The role emphasizes operational enablement, storytelling with BRDs/PRFAQs, and delivering measurable reductions in moderation workload.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• Experience leading and collaborating with a large cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Orchestration Leadership: Champion the integration of AI/automation tools into Trust & Safety operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to design compliant, rapid solutions.
• End-to-End Solution Design: Own architecture of AI-driven content moderation systems at scale.
• Operational Enablement: Roll out new tools with training, feedback loops, and iterative improvements.
