Job summary

Amazon's Prime Video QA team seeks a QAE to design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation for the Prime Video Ads platform. You will lead QA strategy across multiple projects, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to ensure high-quality ad experiences.

You will drive AI adoption in testing, generate smart test cases, and accelerate defect resolution while embedding quality early in the lifecycle and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for Prime Video Ads platform.
• Lead QA strategy and test plans across multiple projects, collaborating with engineering, product, and data science teams.
• Champion AI adoption in test automation to generate test cases, predict risk areas, and accelerate defect resolution.
• Embed quality early in the software lifecycle through shift-left practices and design validation.

Responsibilities

• Write and review automation scripts for Prime Video Ads; triage failures in CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality standards.
• Define and track quality metrics and KPIs for release readiness.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and drive improvements to reduce defects.
