Job summary

Medscape, a division of WebMD, seeks a Business Analyst (Agentic Workflows) to bridge business requirements with automated agent-based systems. You will translate complex problems into agentic workflows that improve campaign execution, data reconciliation, and operational efficiency.

Design, architect, and manage intelligent workflows; partner with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration, and maintain thorough documentation for SOPs and implementation guides.

Qualifications

• BA, BS, or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in business or technical analysis with data-driven focus.
• Experience designing or auditing automated agentic workflows (LLM-based).
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with backend data infrastructure or ad management systems (Vertica, DFP).
• Healthcare/pharma industry experience desired.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business problems into automated agentic workflows.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, prompts, and logic flows.
• Design and manage intelligent agent-based workflows for end-to-end digital programs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate agents into internal systems.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Maintain documentation for agentic workflows, SOPs, and guides.
