Medscape, a division of WebMD, seeks a Business Analyst (Agentic Workflows) to bridge business requirements with automated agent-based systems. You will translate complex problems into agentic workflows that improve campaign execution, data reconciliation, and operational efficiency.
Design, architect, and manage intelligent workflows; partner with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration, and maintain thorough documentation for SOPs and implementation guides.

You are an organized, detailed, and proactive communicator who excels in a deadline-driven environment. You will be responsible for translating complex business problems into automated, agent-based workflows that optimize campaign execution, data reconciliation, and operational efficiency.Your Responsibilities:
$90,000 - $105,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
