Job summary

A leading technology services provider is seeking a Delivery Head for North America Recruitment & Delivery Operations in Pleasanton, California. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in API and UI automation, alongside expertise in CI/CD tools and strong leadership qualities in both offshore and onsite capacities. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required, with additional industry experience being a plus. This role is contract-based and mid-senior level.

Qualifications

• Strong device integration background.

Mandatory skills:

• 12+ years’ experience in API & UI automation – Selenium, Java, Rest assure, JMeter
• 5+ years’ experience in TestNG framework or Playwright
• 5+ years’ experience in Architect experience, good problem-solving skills
• Strong experience with device integration and preferably some embedded system testing background
• Hands-on programming experience
• At least 1+ years of experience in testing BLE technology
• Experience in leading offshore and onsite teams for both Manual and automation programs
• 3+ years of experience in functional testing, SIT and formal verification (preferably SaMD products)
• Familiarity in creation, maintenance of Test agents, pipelines and troubleshooting build failures is a plus
• 10+ years experience with Java
• 3+ years of experience with iOS and VS
• Good understanding of Git (submodules)
• Must have Cloud experience like Azure or AWS
• JIRA exposure is a must
• Bachelor’s degree, or advanced degree in Computer Science, or MS
• Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
• Meticulous and methodical with high attention to detail
