Technical Test Lead – Automation Testing – Java (Domain: Independent Verification and Validation Testing Manufacturing)

Role: Technical Test Lead – Automation Testing – Java (Domain: Independent Verification and Validation Testing Manufacturing)

Duration: Full Time

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Qualifications – Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred

• 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting
• At least 4 years of experience with JAVA
• At least 4 years of experience with test Automation and CICD.
• At least 4 years of experience testing RESTful web services and JSON
• At least 2 years working in an Agile software development environment
• Experience in Test Automation frameworks - Selenium, APPIUM, Squish, Raft
• Experienced in JUNIT, JMeter & other unit testing/white box testing tools.
• Experience in Jenkins & Other CI/CD framework.
• Working knowledge of git or other SCM.
• Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end web technologies (HTTP, AJAX, XML, Javascript, CSS etc)
• Strong Unix skills and proficient with at least one shell and high level scripting language (bash, perl, python)
• Strong background in designing or extending existing test frameworks; JUnit, TestNg
• At ease with maven, svn and git; expertise with continuous integration systems using Jenkins
• Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principles
• Proficient in programming languages and OOPS concepts.
• Primary skill set of programming experience in JAVA, Selenium and Python
• Work experience on BDT, DOM & POM frameworks.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
