Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent (experience + education) required.
• 5-8+ years IT or engineering experience in process-based manufacturing, utility, and/or packaging systems a plus.
• Knowledgeable in PAS-X, POInT, PLC, SCADA a plus.
• Proven expertise in planning/organization and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Work with production and corporate as a liaison to ensure application understanding and drive continuous improvement.
• Present initiatives clearly and translate industry jargon for customers.
• Support identification of application requirements via stakeholder management.
• Gather stakeholder needs and develop/implement actions aligned with production goals.
• Provide input on product feature enhancements and process improvements.
• Coordinate software upgrades and releases to applicable systems.
• Coach and train colleagues and stakeholders in relevant areas.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Mindset and risk management.
