Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years in business analysis, data analytics, automation, or servicing operations.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with Python, Power Automate, SharePoint, and workflow technology.
• Multifamily mortgage servicing or financial operations experience.
• Product support, testing, UAT, release management, Tableau/SharePoint administration preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions and support technology initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation using Python, SQL, Power Automate, SharePoint, and AI tools.
• Identify and eliminate manual processes and optimize workflows.
• Build dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Analyze data for trends and risks and deliver management reporting and actionable insights.
• Gather requirements, support implementation and testing, and liaise between business and technology teams.
• Develop test scripts, support UAT, track defects, and document testing activities.
• Assist with financial processing, reconciliation, reporting, and operational risk management.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners and vendors.
• Resolve issues and facilitate cross-functional initiatives.
