Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. in Engineering or a related scientific discipline and a minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting Analytical/Laboratory systems.
• Exposure to analytical instrument software/data systems (e.g., Empower, LabX, UNICORN)

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and configuration support for Laboratory and Analytical equipment, site-wide
• Support third‑party vendors during analytical system implementation and qualification
• Administer user access, data management and integration and backup/restore for analytical systems
• Coordinate with the PLC Systems Support team on shared data integration tasks as needed
