Job summary

Citco in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Manager for Digital Workflow, Automation & AI to lead automation initiatives within Private Assets. The role sits in a hybrid environment with a focus on building scalable workflow solutions and driving adoption across operations.

You will map processes, design target workflows, draft IT requirements, and oversee testing and deployment, all while leveraging strong Excel skills and accounting knowledge. A 4+ year background in private assets is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations, with exposure to automation or process improvement work.
• Solid technical knowledge of private assets processes and the manual steps within them.
• Exposure to automation tooling, workflow design or testing, or a clear appetite to develop in that direction.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification, build and deployment of automation and digital workflow solutions.
• Map candidate processes in detail and quantify the manual effort involved.
• Support the design of target workflows, including exception handling and controls.
• Draft requirements and supporting documentation for review with IT and the Transformation Office.
• Build and execute test scripts, run UAT cycles and track defects through to resolution.
• Support deployment into the business, including user guidance and training material.
