Qualifications

• Working knowledge of automation and AI as a solution class.
• Experience designing or implementing automation that improves outcomes.
• Hands-on contributor in a lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the problem clearly with business and operations stakeholders.
• Translate business intent into testable requirements for technical teams.
• Map process flows independent of system to fit the problem.
• Champion automation-first solution design to maximize value.
• Validate feasibility with prototypes and concepts to reduce risk.
• Ensure alignment with requirements, platforms, and delivery timelines.
• Identify dependencies and surface data sources early.
