Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced life sciences/biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Automate and build lightweight tools to reduce manual IT toil.
• Advocate for AI-enabled tooling to improve throughput and data quality.
• Provide IT Help Desk support and hands-on troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and SaaS tools.
• Support conference rooms and hybrid collaboration tech (Zoom, Room systems).
• Maintain and improve IT documentation and self-service resources.
