Job summary

IntegriChain is seeking an automation/AI-enabled engineer to work with Managed Services, build integrations, and automate high‑volume operational tasks. You will script, connect systems via APIs, and apply AI tooling to real-world processes, measuring impact with time saved and error reduction.

The role emphasizes hands‑on coding in Python, working with SQL data, and collaborating with non‑engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable automations that improve daily workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years automating and improving processes or building integrations and software.
• Proven ability to automate real work and quantify savings (time, errors, capacity).
• Strong Python skills for scripting and building integrations.
• Experience connecting systems via APIs and working with SQL databases.
• Track record in process improvement and redesign, not just automation.
• Hands-on AI experience building solutions with LLMs or agents.
• Knowledge of common LLM patterns (prompting, function calling, orchestration).
• Comfort collaborating with non-engineering teams and communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with ops teams to map workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and implement scripts, jobs, and data pipelines to replace manual steps.
• Connect internal tools and data sources to enable seamless data movement.
• Measure performance before and after changes to show improvement.
• Maintain built automations; monitor, debug, and keep production systems healthy.
• Educate teams on new tools and document processes for future use.
• Incorporate AI into workflows (LLMs, agents) to accelerate tasks.
