Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, CS or related field.
• At least 2 years automating business processes using Power Automate, UiPath, Python, or similar tools.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or similar, incl. prompting.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables and Power Query.
• Working knowledge of SQL and MS Access; proficient with Word/Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving, organization and communication; able to explain tech changes.
• Typing 55+ WPM with 80% accuracy.

• Build and improve automated workflows across departments.
• Review processes, identify automation opportunities, quantify time savings and error reductions.
• Design, test, implement and maintain automations using Power Automate, UiPath, Python, SQL, Excel/Power Query.
• Extract, transform, and validate data from various systems; create reports and dashboards.
• Document workflows, write SOPs and train staff on new processes.
• Ensure security/compliance and human review of AI outputs.
