Nebius is seeking an Automation Engineer to design and build systems that move repetitive Customer Service tasks into automated flows. You will work with ticket data, build LLM agents, and integrate solutions with internal Nebius systems.

Required 3+ years in automation or backend work, REST API experience, and proficiency in English. Bonus: N8N, Terraform, Jira, Kubernetes knowledge; remote-friendly, globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute tooling for cluster operations and runbooks.
