Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is a Leading International construction and facility maintenance company with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada.

We have a strong in-house group of field technicians that services top U.S. corporations and are supported by top notch managers in our offices. We are seeking an Experienced Automatic Door Service Technician to perform repairs and maintenance on ADA operators, manual and swing doors, and related hardware.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an automatic door installer or service technician.
• AAADM certification is a plus.
• Experience with manual, swing, automatic doors and hardware.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and replacements of ADA operators, doors, closers, hinges, hardware, and storefront components.
• Service a variety of doors, equipment, and control devices.
• Use carpentry skills for partition framing and door/window installation.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on commercial doors and door hardware.
• Manage multiple projects and work well under time constraints.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in team and independent work.
