Job summary

Jensen Precast in Lockeford, CA is seeking an Automated Equipment Operator to maximize output and quality on the wire cage line while maintaining safe operations.

You will monitor a MBK Wire Cage Machine, prepare setups, troubleshoot, and collaborate with the BFS team to palletize cages. Prior automated equipment experience and CMMS/ERP familiarity are preferred; strong safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating automated or semi-automated machinery.
• Ability to learn PLC controlled equipment and diagnostics.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Familiar with CMMS software.
• Basic MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate MBK Wire Cage Machine and monitor production.
• Prepare machine setup with dies, stops, and guides.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping and log production data.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and coordinate with supervisor.
• Move completed cages to BFS Jumbo area and palletize.
• Perform preventive maintenance per instructions.
• Maintain raw material inventory and stock levels.
• Record actions and communicate irregularities to team.
• Comply with safety procedures and quality standards.
