Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and learning management systems (LMS).
• Strong IT knowledge relevant to automation and operations.

Responsibilities

• Optimize operations by embedding automation in daily processes.
• Handle errors and perform minor bug fixes to maintain machine performance.
• Coordinate level 0 support and analyze disturbances to react to disruptions in automation configurations.
• Lead system deployments and develop competencies to operate automation solutions and act as change agent toward leaders and co-workers.
• Follow-up and track actions based on automation KPIs and system setup definitions.

PAY -$53,624 to $76,951

What you'll be doing day to day

Optimize operations by embedding automation in day-to-day work processes, securing optimal task allocation and smooth automation procedures, synchronizing with business priorities, and proactively preparing for peak times and range changes.

• Contribute to high performing daily operational processes by developing and optimizing the automation systems capabilities with a proactive approach and the end-to-end Fulfilment processes in mind.
• Handle errors, minor bug fixes and a neat and clean environment to secure the machines high performance in operations.
• Implement and coordinate the level 0 support, perform connected analyses in case of disturbances and to react in case of disruption/problems within the automations' configuration and act upon system failures.
• Lead system deployments (implement system developments and set-up aligned with operations) including developing the needed competencies to operate the automated solution and acting as change agent towards leaders and co-workers.
• Follow-up, create actions based on the agreed automation Key Performance Indicators and for tracking the process according to system set up definition.
