Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems seeks a hands-on Product Validation Engineer (PVE) to work with senior validation leads, Analog Design, Systems Engineering, and Test Engineering. You will design bench test setups, automate data collection, and validate first-silicon performance against datasheet specifications for magnetic and power sensor ICs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
1–3 years lab evaluation/validation experience.
Proficiency with bench test equipment and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated bench test setups across temperature and voltage corners.
Characterize analog and mixed‑signal performance against requirements.
Support validation timelines and assemble custom bench hardware.
Perform correlation studies with Test Engineering to establish test limits.
Document silicon anomalies and participate in root‑cause debugging sessions.
Summarize characterization data for executive updates and milestones.
