Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience with electromechanical systems in relevant industries.
• Experience designing and validating electrical systems, controls integration, and instrumentation.
• Proven ability to create and commission custom test equipment.
• Experience leading extensive validation testing (functional, reliability, thermal).
• Strong wiring practices and low-voltage electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on testing and validation of CDUs and subsystems.
• Design, build, instrument, and operate automated test systems.
• Develop PLC-based controls and data acquisition for development and production testing.
• Analyze results and provide data-driven feedback to cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and root cause investigations across development and production.
