Job summary

Qualifications

  • Wrote control logic for rotating machinery and was present at first run.
  • Designed interlocks for fault scenarios to protect hardware and personnel.
  • Conducted hardware-in-the-loop testing to catch issues before commissioning.
  • Tuned control loops on live machines and analyzed model-vs-plant discrepancies.
  • Delivered well-documented control systems ready for handing over to operators.

Responsibilities

  • Own the control architecture for the machine and the test rigs.
  • Write safety interlocks and fault-handling logic for critical systems.
  • Deliver capacity control via motor and turbine speed, avoiding valve throttling.
  • Validate the control system with hardware-in-the-loop before live testing.
  • Coordinate deployment from test cell to production chiller and site integration.
