Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; a two-year mechanical degree is preferred.
• Five years in maintenance with experience in continuous process manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of automated control systems.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Forklift or other equipment experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an automated production line in the Maintenance Department.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards to management.
• Support quality and safety initiatives.
• Preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Monitor mechanical systems and repair assets including PLCs, motors, drives, and inverters.
• Reduce downtime with the maintenance team.
• Carry out additional maintenance tasks as assigned by Facilities Manager.
• Be available for on-call during nights and weekends.
• Keep work stations clean and organized.
