Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and production documentation.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production equipment and assembly line machinery according to instructions.
• Perform quality inspections and verify product specifications.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products.
• Monitor machine performance and identify abnormalities or safety concerns.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate issues to maintenance.
• Complete production, quality, and downtime documentation on time.
• Maintain housekeeping and support 5S initiatives.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, maintenance, quality, and other departments.
• Work overtime, weekends, and alternative schedules as required.
