Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Over one year of experience in a vehicle manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of Word and Excel and ability to read a BOM.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; mechanical aptitude.
• Support 5S, quality control and data collection for shortages/defects.

Responsibilities

• Function in self-directed work groups to operate the Assembly line.
• Gather data for part shortages and repetitive defects.
• Provide feedback to supervisors and QC, participate in root cause problem solving.
• Train new employees to meet expectations at assigned stations.
• Oversee or perform installations outside standard conditions at multiple stations.
