Job summary

Action Group Staffing is seeking a Line Operator to operate and monitor automated packaging equipment and robotics in our Tulsa facility. The role emphasizes maintaining product quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with PLCs, HMIs, and related equipment. Overtime may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience with automated packaging equipment, robotics and HMIs.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and electrical machinery.
• Strong math, analytical, and troubleshooting skills; forklift experience helpful.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screening; follow PPE and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computerized automated packaging equipment and robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform routine diagnostics and repairs.
• Monitor production to maximize uptime and ensure quality.
• Complete production documentation and quality checks; maintain 5S workspace.
• Communicate with off-site technicians when needed.
• Perform equipment changeovers and adjustments.
• Safely use hand tools and diagnostic instruments.
