Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years experience in manufacturing/production.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, electrical machinery, and HMIs.
• Can lift 30–50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and service automated packaging equipment.
• Monitor weights and seal quality; verify product integrity.
• Perform routine diagnostics and repairs; may consult offsite techs.
• Document quality checks and conduct 5S housekeeping.
• Ensure safe operation and use of PPE; other duties as assigned.
