Kelly Services in Middletown, PA is seeking an Automated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on the overnight 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM). The role focuses on operating and monitoring automated production machinery, loading materials, starting and stopping equipment, and ensuring product quality.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing or machine-operating experience, basic mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Comfortable with automated equipment and technology.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable standing for long shifts and performing repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full overnight shift.

Responsibilities
