Job summary

Didion is seeking an Automated Loadout Systems Specialist to operate and optimize grain-based production lines. You will monitor live metrics, configure and document using computer interfaces, and ensure safety and accuracy across indoor and outdoor environments.

The role supports cross-training across systems, with a 6pm–6am schedule, 4 days on/4 days off, and a $22–$25/hour base plus a night differential and extra PTO hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing; food industry is a plus.
• Ability to learn and run automated machinery.
• Comfort at heights and outdoors.
• Forklift experience preferred, not mandatory.
• Confidence using computers and on-screen systems.

You confidently set up automated equipment, watch live metrics, and make smart adjustments. You're comfortable outdoors and at heights when inspections call for it, and you smoothly switch between different systems and tools thanks to cross-training.

Your schedule and rewards

• Work pattern: 6pm-6am, 4 days on / 4 days off
• Base pay: $22-$25 per hour
• Night differential: +$3.00 per hour
• Night shift perk: extra 40 hours of Paid Time Off

What you'll handle

What you already have

Physical realities

• Lift up to 55 lbs.
• Operate in environments with noise, dust, heat, and cold.
• Climb stairs/ladders and work at elevations over 20'.
