Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc in Kansas is seeking an operator to set up and run rolled form lines and automated welding equipment. You will load materials, perform tool changes, and verify fit-up per drawings and work instructions.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing quality checks with precision tools, and maintaining a safe work area in a warehouse bench assembly environment. 6 am–6 pm schedule; minor travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1+ years experience in metal fabrication or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform quality checks with precision measuring tools.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate roll forming lines, Automated Welding, shears, punch presses, and grinders.
• Load, align, and secure materials into fabrication machinery and welding fixtures.
• Conduct tool changes and install dies, rollers, and welding consumables for different runs.
• Read blueprints and determine dimensional requirements per engineering specs.
• Perform quality checks and document inspection logs.
