Faith Technologies Incorporated in Kansas is seeking a detail-oriented metal fabrication associate to operate rolled form equipment and automated welding systems. You will set up, adjust, and run machinery to form, cut, and weld components per specifications.

Ideal candidates have 0-1+ years of experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and are able to work 6 am–6 pm Monday through Friday with potential for nights, weekends, or holidays.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1+ years of experience in metal fabrication or welding.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Work schedule 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday; may include nights, weekends or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, adjust, and operate roll forming lines and automated welding equipment.
• Load, align, and secure raw materials into fabrication machinery and welding fixtures.
• Perform tooling changeovers and install dies, rollers, and welding consumables for different runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine tolerances and processes.
• Conduct precise quality checks on formed and welded parts using measuring tools.
• Identify and correct defects such as twisting, crowning, porosity and undercut.
• Complete production reports and inspection logs accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to 5S principles.
