Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade a range of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors at customer sites. You will perform maintenance and on-site troubleshooting while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have mechanical aptitude, electro-mechanical repair experience, and a valid driver's license. AAADM certification is required within one year of hire; a company vehicle is provided for travel.

Qualifications

• AAADM certification within one year of employment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 110 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience with electro-mechanical doors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance and repairs of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
• Diagnose electro-mechanical issues and repair electrical circuits.
• Work with aluminum frames, glazing, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and contractors.
• Participate in on-call rotations after training and certification.
