Job summary

Allegion's Stanley Access Technologies in Hanover, MD is seeking an Automatic Door Install Technician to install and service automated doors. You will maintain records, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards on site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75-100 lbs. Excellent communication is essential; AAADM certification is preferred and a $3,000 bonus is offered upon completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license without restrictions.
• Ability to lift 75-100 lbs during installations and service calls.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation or service work as designated in profitable and proper manner.
• Record productive time versus travel time.
• Perform preventive maintenance per service program for specified customers.
• Maintain accurate work records and parts used.
• Keep manuals up to date with changes and standards.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools; ensure safe operation.
• Present neat appearance and professional workmanship.
