Qualifications

• Hands-on cell culture in ISO/ GMP environments.
• Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory requirements for biotech products.
• Hands-on DOE and statistical design of experiments.
• Ability to draft technical documentation and SOPs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cell therapy process development experiments using automated platforms.
• Design and execute lab studies to evaluate new technologies and materials.
• Perform lab activities including culture, sampling, and data analysis.
• Develop manufacturing equipment concepts and single-use disposables.
• Support technology transfer and GMP manufacturing operations as needed.
• Write and review documentation including batch records and reports.
• Present data to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
