Job summary

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Process Engineer II for an onsite, 12+ month contract in Santa Monica, CA. You will join the Process Design team to develop manufacturing processes for T cell therapies and support INDs, tech transfers, and GMP manufacturing.

Responsibilities include hands-on lab work, process development studies, and cross-functional collaboration to advance CMC activities, with emphasis on DOEs and statistical analysis.

Qualifications

• MS/BS in biochemical/chemical engineering or related field.
• Cell culture and aseptic technique experience required.
• GMP manufacturing and tech transfer experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on lab work to develop and optimize process design studies.
• Train for GMP clinical production.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to advance CMC activities.
• Perform statistical analysis and DOEs as appropriate.
• Document SOPs, plans, batch records, and technical reports.
• Prepare data slides for senior leadership.
