Job summary

ACL Digital seeks a Manufacturing Engineer II (Process Engineer II) to join our Life Cycle Management team in Santa Monica, CA. This role focuses on autologous cell therapy process development, design of experiments, and technology transfer to support GMP manufacturing.

Qualifications

• MS/BS/AS in biochemical/chemical/biomedical engineering or related with pharma/manufacturing & process development experience
• Hands-on experience with cell culture and aseptic processing in GMP/ISO environments
• Experience with DoE, statistical analysis, and data presentation for regulatory filings

Responsibilities

• Conduct cell therapy process development experiments using automated platforms
• Design and execute lab studies for new technologies and materials
• Perform hands-on lab activities in a cell culture lab and analyze data
• Perform process/equipment analysis and monitor performance
• Develop manufacturing equipment for cell therapy products including single-use disposables
• Evaluate new technologies and materials for GMP manufacturing
• Provide process training to GMP personnel
• Support technology transfer and GMP manufacturing operations
• Write technical docs, SOPs, batch records, and reports
• Prepare data presentations for stakeholders and leadership
