Job summary
Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate I in Sunnyvale, TX to support autographs and memorabilia shipping operations. You will review orders, generate shipping labels, and ensure secure packing and on-time delivery to athlete partners.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and prior shipping/receiving experience, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lift 10–15 lbs and stand for long periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior shipping & receiving experience (FedEx/USPS/UPS or equivalent) required.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 10–15 lbs at once preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and data systems preferred.
- Prior experience with FedEx or equivalent shipping tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receives and reviews shipping orders and pack lists for accuracy.
- Data entry into shipping software to generate labels and docs.
- Packs products securely using appropriate materials.
- Maintains inventory of shipping materials (boxes, labels, packing materials).
- Collaborates cross-functionally with quality control and pack outs as needed.
- Communicates with Athlete Partnerships to ensure timely order completion.
