Job summary

Safelite is seeking technicians at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician levels. You will perform glass repair/replacement at Safelite Shop or Mobile Shop, with emphasis on safety, quality, and customer service.

The role includes potential coaching, mentoring, and leadership responsibilities, along with ongoing training and a clear career path within Safelite. Competitive hourly rates and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement at Safelite Shop or Mobile Shop with safety, quality and customer service focus.
• Clean customer vehicles after every job.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems; troubleshoot and run diagnostics.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, MRM).
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles throughout the day.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite items and services.
• Senior/Master Technician: act as technical resource and mentor other technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
