Job summary

Exelon is seeking an Electrical Engineer to independently perform technical tasks across planning, design, construction, and maintenance of electric transmission and distribution infrastructure. You will conduct studies, calculations, permitting, work packages, and evaluations to ensure safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires data-driven analysis of outages, collaboration with engineering and operations, and willingness to work extended hours during storms or energy

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field required.
• Graduate study or PM certification preferred.
• Engineer-in-Training certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering tasks and analyses under supervision and present recommendations.
• Analyze power flows, tests, and complex engineering data for projects.
• Direct engineering tasks on large projects and review designs against standards.
• Evaluate current technical systems and participate on design teams.
