Qualifications

• Experience using Autodesk products is required.
• Construction industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains end users on workflows and processes in software.
• Executes test cases for forms, reports, and dashboards before release.
• Configures Autodesk suite of products to specifications provided by working with the Operation Excellence group.
• Troubleshoots issues in ACC and escalates to Autodesk support as needed.
