Clune Construction seeks an Autodesk Construction Cloud Application Specialist to support, train users, and administer the Autodesk suite. You will work with business users, vendors, and internal teams to translate needs into system updates.

The role focuses on daily support, testing, and enhancement activities, with opportunities for career growth in a customer-facing, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Trains end users on workflows and processes in software.
• Executes test cases for forms, reports, and dashboards before release.
• Configures Autodesk suite of products to specifications provided by working with the Operation Excellence group.
• Troubleshoots issues in ACC and elevate to Autodesk support as required.

Job Purpose

The Autodesk Construction Cloud Application Specialist executes daily support and enhancement activities for Autodesk, including training, reporting, user setup, and application administration. Requires experience working working with cloud software, and business process support to troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable solutions. Works closely with business users, vendors, and internal teams to translate needs into system updates. This role typically reports to the Sr Application Analyst or ERP Business Analyst..

Education and Experience

Experience working in Autodesk products required Construction industry knowledge preferred.

Salary

Salary range: $66,000 - $89,000 The salary range listed reflects a broad scope of potential earnings for this position. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Please note that it is not common for candidates to be hired at the top of the range. We encourage open communication about compensation expectations during the hiring process.
