Clune Construction seeks an Autodesk Construction Cloud Application Specialist to support, train users, and administer the Autodesk suite. You will work with business users, vendors, and internal teams to translate needs into system updates.

The role focuses on daily support, testing, and enhancement activities, with opportunities for career growth in a customer-facing, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

Trains end users on workflows and processes in software.
Executes test cases for forms, reports, and dashboards before release.
Configures Autodesk suite of products to specifications provided by working with the Operation Excellence group.
Troubleshoots issues in ACC and elevate to Autodesk support as required.

Responsibilities

Execute daily support and enhancement activities for Autodesk.
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Assist with reporting, user setup, and application administration.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to translate needs into system updates.
