Job summary

Randstad USA in Madison, GA is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Designer / Supervisor to lead production drafting efforts and manage projects from concept through to completion. This hands-on leadership role requires solid technical skills and proven management experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of AutoCAD experience, understands manufacturing or metal fabrication, and can mentor drafting staff while coordinating with sales and production to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of AutoCAD experience.
• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Understanding of manufacturing, metal fabrication or industrial production.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software is a plus.

• Create and revise detailed AutoCAD drawings and production documents.
• Manage manufacturing projects from concept through production.
• Lead and mentor production and drafting personnel.
