Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Six months of automotive experience preferred; training available.
• Able to type at least 50 wpm.
• Must use a computer and 10-key calculator.
• Strong verbal communication and personal initiative requested.

Responsabilités

• Submit all new business for multiple stores.
• Process cancellations and produce cancellation checks for customers/lienholders.
• Maintain clean and accurate schedules.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and store staff.
