Job summary

Brown & Brown in Dublin, OH is seeking a Producer/Sales Executive to grow our client base by targeting new accounts and servicing existing ones. You will help clients choose warranty setups that best fit their needs.

Responsibilities include networking for new clients, explaining plan features, interviewing prospects, and coordinating with F&I managers to tailor offerings while ensuring accurate bookkeeping and claims support. This is a full-time role based in Dublin, OH.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar position.
• License or Designation.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
• Explain the features, advantages, and disadvantages of various products to promote sales of vehicle service plans.
• Interview with prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs and to discuss existing service plan coverage.
• Call F&I Managers in Auto dealerships to explain plans, to suggest additions or changes to their selling technique.
• Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for dealers to implement and provide a program.
• Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy. Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitable for both the client and the insurer.
• Attend meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about new products and services. To learn new skills and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
• Train dealers on sales process and F&I process as needed.
• Attend trade shows to promote company lines of business.
