Requires a valid driver's license, strong organization, and advanced computer skills. Knowledge of factory recalls and ability to multitask are essential. A two-year college or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, records, and submits warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor.
• Reconciles warranty receivables with payments.
• Maintains service records and stays informed of recalls and bulletins.
• Assists with cashier and telephone duties and other clerical tasks.
