Job summary

Drummac, Inc. in Lorton, VA is seeking an Auto Train Supervisor to lead daily loading/unloading of vehicles and maintain carrier records. You will direct traffic, supervise staff, ensure safety, and coordinate with the Auto Train Manager to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and high school/GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supervising in transportation or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Primary client contact; coordinate with Auto Train Manager for adjustments.
• Lead team and adjust staffing to meet volume while maintaining service.
• Ensure safety rules are followed; conduct health and safety audits.
• Coach staff and develop team; assist with training and policy adherence.
• Oversee payroll, daily budget, vacations, and training schedules.
• Maintain daily loading records, inventory, and staffing reports.
• Interact with management and client; wear required PPE; travel up to 25% as needed.
