Job summary

Drummac, Inc. is seeking an Auto Train Inspector/Camera Person in Lorton, Virginia to inspect arriving vehicles for damage and record exterior video footage. The role requires adherence to health and safety policies and all applicable regulations.

The position is full-time with a starting wage and comprehensive benefits. You will perform vehicle inspections, capture exterior video footage, and ensure protective coverings and PPE are used at all times.

Qualifications

  • Requires High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent reading, writing and reasoning skills).
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call is required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in inclement work conditions is required.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment screening process.

Responsibilities

  • Provides a detailed inspection of vehicles.
  • Makes a digital video recording of the exterior of each vehicle.
  • Places protective coverings over the driver’s seat and floor.
  • Wears and uses required protective equipment while working.
  • Takes responsibility for own safety while on the job.
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Job Summary

The Auto Train Inspector/ Camera Person must be able to work in compliance while inspecting arriving vehicles for existing damage and making a digital video recording of the exterior of each vehicle. They must adhere to and maintain strict compliance with corporate/office policies and procedures, established health and safety protocols, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
