DOBBS TIRE & AUTO CENTERS is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to drive sales performance in a fast-paced automotive service setting. You will assess customer needs, recommend tires and services, and manage daily sales operations while maintaining a customer-focused environment.

The role requires strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to lead a team to meet store performance goals. Minimum 1 year in retail sales management and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales management.
• Automotive repair industry experience is preferred.
• Valid Drivers’ Licenses.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess tire and service needs with a professional approach.
• Recommend and sell tires, services, and accessories to meet customer requirements.
• Manage sales transactions across retail, wholesale, and national accounts.
• Oversee shop workflow to balance service sales with staff, equipment, and time.
• Track inventory levels and maintain organized point-of-sale displays.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties including deposits and basic shop tasks.
• Lead by example to promote a clean, organized showroom and service environment.
• Demonstrate multitasking to handle customer interactions, sales, and priorities.
• Apply automotive product knowledge to assist with tires, alignment needs, and vehicle maintenance recommendations.
