Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow a dealer network in your assigned territory. You will travel to dealerships, build trusted relationships, and drive incremental revenue by selling ACV’s digital marketplace solutions.

You’ll use Salesforce daily to manage opportunities, forecast activity, and report progress. This role requires strong communication, a deep understanding of the dealership space, and a self-motivated drive to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of dealership experience (used or new car)
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Experience selling into dealerships
• Willingness to travel daily and be on the road

Responsibilities

• Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow and build new business in your territory.
• Service accounts in person and by phone to identify growth opportunities.
• Forecast and report monthly and annual activity.
• Build relationships with dealers to maximize revenue for ACV Auctions.
• Educate customers on product breadth and available services.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline using a CRM (Salesforce).
• Adapt to changing business needs and internal role changes.
